Who was Subahu (son of Shatrughna)?
Shatrughna founds Madhura after killing the demon Lavana. At the end of the epic, when Rama prepares to leave, Shatrughna divides his realm between his two sons, giving Madhura to Subahu.
The name is shared with the rakshasa Subahu, son of Tataka, whom Rama kills while guarding Vishwamitra's sacrifice.
